We monitor the quality of our coffee by buying coffee directly from central and South America, from Africa and India. For every lot of coffee, we analyse and control the tastes and flavour in our laboratory.
We produce blends of coffee of the highest quality, respecting a tradition that is very rare in the industry; that of roasting coffee using wood ovens.
Our roasted coffee is distributed exclusively in Italy and around the world via our distribution channel Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes). This distribution choice comes from our desire to avoid the mass send out of the product and to concentrate our efforts on our clientele that has helped us to grow over the years.
Our clients are carefully selected and with them we build a relationship that is second to none. We provide them with customer service, constant technical support, consultancy and training.
