The internal team of tasters at Marziali go through special courses at the International Institute of Coffee Tasters and have the competence which is essential to guaranteeing the taste
constancy and quality consistency of our coffee.
Marziali coffee is the classic Italian espresso because it respects the two basic conditions for supreme coffee:
1) it is a blend of various coffees which teamed together create a harmonious balance.
2) it is extracted from an espresso machine to create the final product for customers to enjoy.

Composition:
80% arabica , 20% premium robust selection.
Visual analysis:
Hazelnut colored cream with streaks of gold
Olfactory analysis:
Medium roasted intensity with a stand out essence of flowers, fresh fruit, and chocolate enriched with a delicate and spicy background.
Taste analysis:
A sought after and balanced flavour with a good level of acidity (with an inkling of fruit flavour) and a medium level of bitterness (in absence of sugar).
Tactile analysis:
The palate appreciates a velvety coffee with the right composition.
General characteristics:
A sought after blend which combines the intense aromas and flavours of the coffee which comes from diverse cultivations and varied geographical areas. Present in the blend we can find coffee from: Santos, Costa Rica, Colombia, Haiti, Ethiopia, Santo Domingo, Cameroon and India.
